Services under this program are paid by private insurance, clients or families themselves. This program allows you to decide the extent of assistance. Choose from any of the six programs we offer:

    Caregiver 1 Activities, Plus

  • Assistance with Feeding

  • Assistance with Ambulating
  • Dressing & Transfers
    Caregiver 2 Activities, Plus
  • Bathing
  • Assistance with prescribed Exercise & Rehabilitation Activities
  • Catheter and Ostomy Care
  • Help with Leg Braces or Assistive Devices

 

Sleepovers and 24-Hour Care

Minimal of 8-10 hours or 24-hour care

Skilled Care Program

This program provides care by an LVN or RN on a per visit or hourly basis.
